Fernão Peres de Guimarães (? - 1178 ) was Lord of Melo , nobleman and medieval knight of the Kingdom of Portugal .
Family
He was the son of Pero Fromarigues de Guimarães , married with Usco Godins de Lanhoso, daughter of Godinho Fafes de Lanhoso and Ouroana Mendes de Riba Douro, from whom he had:
D. Martim Fernandes de Riba de Vizela , married to D. Estevainha Soares da Silva, daughter of Soeiro Pires da Silva and Fruilhe Viegas de Lanhoso.
João Fernandes de Riba de Vizela married twice, the first with Marinha Moniz Varela and the second with D. Maria Soares de Sousa, daughter of Soeiro Mendes de Sousa .
