In "Slovanské starožitnosti: Oddíl dejapisný, Band 2" by Pavel Jozef Šafárik, published in 1863 in the Czech language (available on Google Books, page 464), Slavibor is recorded from old records as Slavibor comes de castello Psov. Comes was a Roman title which developed by the time Slavibor lived in to the equivalent of Count (German: Graf). (Reference: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comes) and castello is latin for castle. His daughter Ludmila is also mentioned, with reference to the town of Melnik.
